Non-members can book into any class at Arena up to 48 hours prior to the class and must pay a fee of £5 at the time of booking.

Total Immersion Swimming
Total Immersion Swimming is now available at Arena Health & Fitness Club, the only Total Immersion centre in Northern Ireland.
