Every year we are investing in ensuring we keep improving for our members, with new and additional facilities and services. Located on the 3rd floor of Cityside Mall leisure and retail park (formerly Yorkgate) on York Street Belfast our location is great if you work or live in the area. We are just seconds from the M2, M3 and the Westlink, so getting here and getting away is very easy. With extensive free parking, coming to Arena is hassle free.

 

Arena Health and Fitness is a lot more than just a gym. With an extensive range of facilities and services, we are confident we can provide something for everyone.

 

We have up to 50 classes per week, available to Non-members up to 48 hours in advance.

 

Our qualified fitness instructors provide personal programmes and work outs to help you achieve your goals. We also have over 40 classes per week with something to suit everyone - getting fit and in shape couldn't be more fun!

25M SWIMMING POOL

 

Ashley in pool.jpgOur 25 metre swimming pool is great for both serious swimmers and for those who wish to relax.  Swimming is a great low impact exercise that targets the entire body!  Swimming improves cardiovascular conditioning, muscle strength, endurance, posture, and flexibility all at the same time.  Our leisure facilities also include a jacuzzi, spa, sauna and steam room, so it doesn't have to be all hard work!

 

 

We offer group swimming lessons for children and adults of all levels. Children under 16 can come with a member and use the pool on Saturday & Sunday 11am - 4pm

( All children must be supervised and accompanied by a member)
